Wonderful Tree Coffee Roaster welcomes you to explore a world of rich, handcrafted coffee, born from the heart of Braeside in southeastern Melbourne. Since 2016, we’ve been roasting coffee beans under the name INKOFE, and with our Giesen W15A specialty roasting machine, we’ve perfected the art of bringing out the best in each bean. Our unique double-layer cast iron drum roasts the beans to perfection, preserving their natural fruity aromas while enhancing their rich, complex flavors. Our medium roast profile is ideal for both commercial and home use, creating a brew that’s fragrant and full of flavor without the smoky bitterness of dark roasts. With every sip, you’ll experience coffee that’s sweet like candy, rich like fine liquor, and leaves a lingering aftertaste.
